For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the experience start time. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the experience start time, 50% of the total booking value will be retained. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience start time, 100% of the booking value will be retained. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the experience start time cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted. All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience. Some experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, trains, or other connections due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather events, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen situations.
